Amila Mušija

Biography

Amila Mušija brings extensive contractor-side experience to the Engineering Group Global design team, translating years of on-site execution into practical, buildable engineering solutions. She has worked on the construction of tunnels and geotechnical structures, gaining first-hand insight into complex ground conditions, construction sequencing, and real-world site constraints.

In addition to her field background, Amila has also worked in a timber construction manufacturing environment, strengthening her understanding of prefabrication, production workflows, and quality requirements. Today, she applies this combined execution and manufacturing expertise to her structural design role at Engineering Group Global, helping ensure that project documentation is not only technically robust, but also efficient to deliver on site.
